cant get BG npc to work

ive spent the last 10 mins unbundling and rebundling my webs and threads and trying it out but i cant get it to work can any1 please help me?

the npc works i used it yesterday, you have to have all the threads "UN"bundled but the spiderwebs can be bundled.

well basically i went there with evrything unbundled and it wouldnt work so i bundled it all and it wouldnt work and i repeated many times :P kept saying i needed more. ill try keepin webs bundled but not threads

Ahhhh and there's the real reason for the thread - what's the next step in the quest!!!

Actually the npc for the next step tells you EXACTLY what to do (although maybe not exactly the position in the cave they mention)... perhaps reading is in order? ;P

but does the npc repeat himself? its very hard to reads the npc in the next place cos the mobs hurt very much lol and there is no shortage of them.
