SC needs altering in any case, as you know, base SC accounts for 90% of Tao's spells, so they're rather useless now, HellArm wtfpwns them, and that's level 70 vs level 100 (ROM). Also, are RoM's meant to be non-special-repairable? If so, they should have much better stats than a standard level 100 arm, as you're not going to invest loads of orbs to get agil/pr/ac/amc on them.

I think Juice is doing V well at changing stats - basically she has an order in mind which correlates to the drop rate and matches the stats to that rate - RoM sux on LR but is great on HR... this is a different server and it is what it is!
