Sabuk War time

Again, Sabuk War times are ****ed!! First time we submitted relic (when I was zodiac) it started 2 days after submission. Second time it was that weird 3am thing. There wasn't even supposed to be a war last night. it was supposed to be tonight!

Juice, can you sort it out so the old man gives the correct war time and date. Thanks.

I meant this to be more about dates and fixing the Old Man, rather then the time that the war starts at

the old man should be connected to the m2server

on m2server it says start war 2days from submitting relic @ 8 o'clock for 90 Min's
