I dont think the server is dying - a couple of people have been banned - a couple of people have left - its an extreme rate server, so people end up getting to a point where they have "Completed" the server and want to move on, Once Rebirth is completed and theres plenty of things to carry on with im sure people will stick around longer - but the main problem with the high/extreme rate servers is that there needs to be a team behind it that can keep new features added all the time and althought Juice is good he is still one person and has a real life to try and sort out too

Due to being to high a level and rebirth not being 100% sorted yet.

and a few players have been banned for various reasons.

10 isn't a big drop, considering half those players have either been banned or are currently away for one reason or another (< busy irl. I expect a few are waiting for RB to get sorted, then will play again), it's a shame about some of the people who've left, but unfortunately that's part of mmo's - People come and people go.
