The problem is that the staff have no way of detecting cheats unless they see it. So u will see people who thy think are cheating or people abusing people getting banned but the people that actually do cheat and have been reported just get away with it lol.

I've completely missed the reason for the ban (been working), but to answer the "and this thread is for?" question - it's so that everyone else knows that what he did was wrong and that it's unacceptable - the only comment I'd make is that "abuse" is fairly general, maybe a more specific reason should be given?
