hmmmm when the sevrer went live, was we ment to lose lvls? lol coz b4 the wipe i was lvl52, now im lvl16

the wipe cleared the server so you should of started on level 1.

When was the last time you logged on? I logged on 10 minutes or so ago and got on fine, also seen a few others log on so no, just your end. If you haven't logged on recently the wipe may of cleared it ?

Just tried logging on to HR & LR nps at all only Extreme giving me "wrong password" msg.

If you're using the same pass for all 3, I suggest changing it, if not type it out extra carefully as it's possible you're making a typo repeatedly (sounds stupid, but I've managed it a few times). Are you 100% that you didn't change it since you logged on?
