Boss Drops / Khin Script

Have been altered - i havent increased the spawns of the bosses, but i have increase the drop rates of lots of items.

hopefully lots more armour should drop along with lots more gems.


the following bosses have been adjusted.

The following mobs have had gems added to their drops so you should be able to blow your kit to pieces (haha have fun Edddy :P)

I have also copied across the NPC Script for Khin from the Low Rate server, as shirley has created a much broader script so the items which have been increased in drop rate might get take straigh out of the game for a cash sale to Khin but you guys can decide what you want to do with them - the new khin script will be live when i get home and reload the npc

all other changes will be live when i get home and manage to reload the monitems

Pretty sure I had first HeroNeck ingame yesterday, frigging PA(L) gem broke it, WTF IS THIS BUG MEIGHT?????????????ONE

Really though, gems seem to drop fine in BDD, if they're similar in number that's perfect (though I'd suggest lowering L drop rate and increasing their chance of working), I've found getting them to work is insanely difficult, but I may just be bloody unlucky. >_<

Oh how I've missed the gems, screw the new items, more gems is the best bit.

^.^ i added them mainly to Woomas/Bug cave mobs because you get loads of little noobie items in there (goldbraces gale rings etc) so there should be plenty of things to break.

lol @ using them on heroneck thats just silly (you starting to play like edddy )

ppl are lucky to get +1 on an item so when you get chance plz look into this.

I broke a total of 9 BoundlessRings, a KBrace, 5 8trigWheels, 3 BaekTaGlove's and now a second Heronecky (pretty sure those numbers are roughly right), in addition to a BIH and Seu broke an mc+1 SpiritRing, lol.

i just had a lookie at the list and they all appear to be correctly set - i did do some tests on gm kit yesterday and have managed to get +3 stats from various gems on items.

So i guess its just a case of keep trying - a method i normally use is to make copies of the item first - so if on blows you still have a reserve of the item and then start making another one equal to your reserve before trying to gem it again it takes a little longer to get really nicely gemmed kit but you end up having decent kit along the way

Not so sure tbh, I did that same method on the original Extreme (as you know :P) and getting +3 to all stats on an item wasn't massively uncommon, most things got to +3 with U/norm gems before breaking and I did get a DG to +15 stats purely with gems (never broke it, lol). On here the highest +stat I had was 3, might of been 4. Worth having a play around with if/when you get time, see if it's possible to get +10 stats (even if that's 2 of each stat), as that should be very possible.

the gem stats are exactly the same to the old Extreme server.

i guess its just down to luck :P

i am planning on making the GM orbs able to add up to +99 stats so these will appear in the extreme cave drops so you wont get your mits on them for a while to come yet :P (lol also i tried out the extremeWT yesterday and omg its tough >.< i need to improve the exp in there somewhat lol :P)

Gems are working just fine for me but my problem is I keep gemming crap items rather than decent stuff.

How about a NPC who can trade stats from crap items to decent items? (Joking)

Seriously though, gems seem fine, they just do what they always do, break things you want to keep and should not have risked lol
