Nothing. What's stopping a banned player from making a new account and starting over? Nothing.

I'm sure you'll find Lone is very friendly and helpful when people don't take the piss, but if you screw him over (like Sinister making a new account and taking the items back), you'll find he's like Penny, not someone you want to anger.
