Because when we kill some1 it says we won?

Might be worth your time making a poll for it, I'm sure most people prefer the old way that Guild War's work, but then I could be mistaken - One way to find out.

Make it last forever until one side admits defeat then there can be a global shout every hour or 1/2hour saying "xxxxx is better than xxxxxxxx" until the losing side beats the other side :P
Or until one guild has had 20 or 30 or sumtihn members killd

You'll need some limiting factors on the war, otherwise you'll have stronger guilds using them to get free kills on lower guilds, like we did (though to be fair, Adv only war'd people that had a tit in the guild, we never touched 'Guild') and in all honesty it's not fair on the smaller guilds. I like the thing about killing xx number of members making it end, though I'm not fond of the "GuildX is better than GuildY" shout every so often, maybe having one saying "GuildX has defeated GuildY in a guild war - Congratulations!" or something a little more diplomatic?

the xxx is better than xxxxxx was for if a side is accepting defeat to stop them from doing it straight away
the shout makes them wnt to fight for it :P

Keep it as once you kill leader its over. Means you have something to defend Shows how well your guild can work within in a team Defending your leader im pretty should that would help for Prep for SW's and GW's wars.
