From the looks of the NPC you need to have the armour in the Small version currently yours if the XL version.

try making it small again and then try the upgrade.



At the moment im not sure about Devil, i know on Low Rate we had to remove the devil from the spawns because the death graphic would crash everyone that saw it, and judging by the fact that devil isnt spawning on extreme atm i assume its the same but ill be testing it out tonight when i reboot so as not to ruin peoples games if it does end up crashing the server.
