the stat on ROM is ac 40-50 amc 50-50 sc mc dc 15-50

As i mentioned in a previous post i need to go through Heaven,Hell,Mir,MirRev items and actually give them a purpose, they will have decent stats on them! so dont throw them away

at the moment my main focus is the halloween event but ill see what i can get sorted for next weeks reboot.
