can't log on wiz other accounts fine ne help?

as soon as i try to log in my wizz it either not go to the game or it freez as soon i am ingame

when i try to log war on (different account) there is no problem ......

it shows the player as connecting then disconnecting (in guild chat) instantaniously. hope you manage to get it fixed, something Lapta or Solar will have to look at i think.

not sure if the player is still getting this problem and its not my place to try and get it ficed but the character name that was unable to log in was MissMagic (they could log in but got instant disconnect. NOT the connection closed issue)

yes now i tryed about 10 times stays @ loading screen

then i tryed warrior account second attempt i wos ingame

then i tryed wizz again a few times and keeps @ loading screen ...

and yes problem is with missmagic

stil not able to get on wiz i either get stuck on loading

and when i do get ingame i directly disconnect (freeze)

can't u reset the account or nething?
