Please help im going insane

i have downloaded MR and installed it but before it finishes installing it says there are still 2 undownloaded files and i have to run the autp oatcher again

i disable my anti virus and do it then i redownload mr and try again but still no luck

iv been trying to dl this for about 3 weeks now and im starting to get pissed off

please can somebody help

the 2 files will be a file thats not needed, and the main exe, which is being blocked/deleted by your anti virus.
