Its on the far left side of serpent valley along the wall, hidden in a corner, you'll have to search a bit as i dont know the cords cuz i aint been ingame in a while. But i know that it costs quite a bit to get a house. So hope i helped

yeah it is quite expensive, i think it was 100 mill to buy it then a weekly rent of 5 mill? could be wrong though as i was never really interested in them
