skipped 18 files and high rate down

i ran autopatch and it skipped 18 files
and when i started and clicked high rate (since when is this?) it didn't go further
though when i clicked low rate it did but as i expected no account of mine are listed there :s

am i alone in this world that has this problem or should i just go cry and cut my self?

my auto patcher also skipped 18 files, think they are weapon graphics, so the game will run without it (wen the servers up) but some weapons mght be invisible, a GM will probs create a manual link later on if they see this thread

i read the others but i thought they stated the whole server etc
