Attached is the map image. White dot indicates the gender exchanger. Don't confuse this with another exchanger(Mir t0 Revenge armor) which is at the next cave(moltenlavacave).

Also gender exchanger exact fee from 10M the least.

it differs.. MA is 100M Robe of myth is 300M
but OKR is 10M
