unaure when i had mc200 acc 22 FW hurt .. but now i have mc 250 acc12 FW hurts more so id say its mc / luck baesed.

acc is the abilty to hit with weapon etc..
fw is casted as a spell and theres no player actually behind the fw its a no..
FW relys on base mc and luck.
