An idea from Low Rate

On low rate you get 199 pk points per kill and you cannot pay off pk points.

Think this would be a idea to apply to high rate?

why not? back on euro in the old days decent pkers were never white they used connection paths to get around and pk anybody they saw. if you dont want to go red from pking then wtf you doing lol

this is just stupid, the only peeps that cry bout pk'n r the noobs. theres a simple answer 2 this lvl and stop bn a noob. ALL HIGH LVLS HAVE BIN NOOBS AND HAV BIN PK'D. I remember 1hittn aunt sally in bug cave and after that he said u will never do that again,lol how true he was.
