LR EP town - reduce level to access please

We had the debate about exp level on LR and it was decided to keep as is for time being. Thats all good.

Next 'tweak' worth considering is Evil Province access level on Low Rate.

On HR I made 55 in about 4 days and accessed EP then. I have been on LR since it started and am highest level by 1-2 levels and still a very very long way from 55 so my question is, what level should EP be.

Talking it thru with other players the feeling was as follows:

- Calculate the exp that a player needs to access EP on high rate
- then proportionately reduce it to reflect the char levels on LR exp

Our guess was that this would be somewhere between 45-48, . 45 is a damn sight harde to get to on LR than 55 is to get to on high rate, but hey.

We don't have access to the base HR & LR exp/char data so not sure where it should be reset. I could ask Lone to do the High Rate calculations and I'll do that in a tick, but we would still need the LR info to make a sensible suggstion pitch for LR EP access. We are tyaking all the damage from the higher rate mobs now (EP mobs for example) but dont have access to the SR to look after our better kit.

Can you help on this one pls Jamie?

Between 45 and 50 would be appropriate for the experience on this server - even though this takes longer than 55 on high rate, it would be more rewarding.

Also if you read this Jamie can you take a look at AdvancedFencing (level 67) - would take a long, long time to reach.

i think make the level for EP 50 and then it would give you a couple of things to aim for ie new armours (level 50 1s) and then you can special repair them aswell.

One further question, apart from Advance Fencing and EP, what else is there already (or coming up soon) that will need to be tweaked to give us a 'like for like' experience on LR compared to HR?

the hell maps mobs, the devil items u get from them and then MR items aswell they are all cool and wud be uber to get ingame for lr

I suspect that Jamie may surprise us - but if we clearly set out the stuff that would be useful to do for LR first, it should help him focus on the things that would be worth doing first.

Ading a list, in level order, or what else might be worth changing would probably be useful too. So

Jinchon (what changes)
Yms (what changes)
AdvancedFencing (What level)
AdvSFB (What level)
SpiritWind (WhatLevel)
Armour levels I would not comment on - he probs know best anywayz
SpecialRepair (50, same as EP)

I'll reorder this list when peeps say what they think about each thing listed (and other stuff that gets added). But remember we left Blizzard at 52 (which is fine by me) but I dont know/use these other skills so have no view. If anyone does have a view pls post and I'll edit them into the above

Sort of defeats the point of HR and LR if both servers take proportionally the same amount of time to achieve the same items, even if the exp is lower. Keep it as it is, server's been up 2 weeks now and people are close to level 50, give it another month and I'd not be surprised by level 60's.
