yeh rme is a pretty good place to lvl, good xp also if u kill grey apes i think it is they can sometimes drop U orbs and global shout orbs which sell for a decent amount of cash which will boost u up so u are able to get a better kit which will also allow u to go to better hunting grounds to make more cash^^

you can go mineral mines. Mobs die fast, and the top floor is packed. Also its a good place to 'pot up' too they drop pot bundles sometimes so you dont really need to take anything if ur gona hunt there.

Quite obviously his top end stats . I don't know anyone who just states their base stats.

As for hunting places... Just tele to different towns and use the Sigal guy to tele you to different hunting places. It's quite easy to visit 10 different caves in 1 hour, that way you can find the caves you might personally like to hunt in.

i state my base ac/amc stats on hr because they are pretty much the same as my high end (both 160+)

as to leveling with those stats you could try ZT 7th as its packed and i dont think you would take to much damage - also the maze rooms both zt and st are good for leveling - pretty repetitive but not bad exp.
