Ok, some gems are just gems, other have a U or a L next to them, want to explain what they mean? And whats the deal with orbs?

Gems = Have have a Chance to Break or Fail, U= Unlucky and L=Lucky
Orbs = Dont have a chance to break but do have a chance to fail. Same with the U and L

gem(U) = works less than normal (without U/L)
gem = works abit more often than (U)
gem(L) = works more often than both
all gems have a chance of destroying the item they are used on (i dont think the (U) or (L) effect the chances of them being destroyed or not)
the same goes for orbs but without the chance of destroying the items.
