can't choose high or low rate

I ran auto patch etc when i came back
but i can't get passed either high rate nor low rate
no files were skipped orso
and i have been able to get passed before :s
what could it be ?

any help is welcome even razorblades :s ...

look in ur Servers.ini in mir revenge folder and see what it says.. if its any different from this

and i doubt it would be an ip-ban as i haven't been online for 1.5week
and i played before that

duno but lapta said he banned 17+ peeps the 1 day (think that was the amount, dnt quote me on this tho). maby you were just one of them that had done something in the past to annoy him or something against the rules somehow and hes just caught up with u.
