Tax rate:- To Be Determined when costs are established - for the first week of power no more then 15k per day.

*any extra costs incurred in the first week not covered by party funds will be covered by Personal donations from existing party members and Funds raised whilst in power*

Polices
PKing:- We are a party that supports PKing as a concept - what our party fights against is the bullying of the little man, our vision is to build a better future for our mir children and want them to grow up happy and ready to face the daily struggle that is slaying Bosses.

To help combat the issue of Bullying of the little man the King will hear cases from those that feel they have been wronged and will base his Judgement on each case individually.

As we know PKin is a major prob, so on fri sat evenins and most of sunday PKin shall be frowned apon heavily in some caves such as BDD PT etc to make it a huntin area where all can enjoy. if you are caught trying to pk in these areas during these times there will be a major fine to pay.

I am not against pkin at all, but it does get out of hand at times and stops people who dont like pkin from lvlin in these areas.

Punishments that could be issued might include:-

-Mining to add to the party funds.

-Collecting of Precious items that would help benefit the Party and the agreived party.

-If the first 2 punishments dont suit the crime or the criminal doesnt seem repentant then a jail term maybe given.

-In Extreme cases the criminal may infact get thrown to the Lion (Made red and dropped outside the palace ) This will happen after the criminal has had a chance to explain his actions - public execusion will be announced globally so all parties that have been afftected by the criminal will have a chance to get to the palace.


Rewards/compensation that could be issued might include:-

- Gold issues from party funds.

- Items collected from criminals will be offered in place of gold if the user prefers.

- Boss mobs may also be spawned at times.


Fund Raising Ideas:-

-A lottery will be run to help raise funds for the party with half the money collected going to the party and half going to the winner of the lottery. If the funds start to mount up the part will the % of the lottery total will change to favour the winner of the lottery.

-If you have the money you could try bribing the king to remove your pk points (A fee which would be discussed at the time and will be suitable for the crime)

-Also now pots dont drop a whole lot anymore if jamie is willing and is able to implament this, a cheaper potshop (and maybe special repair so you dont have to travel to EP all the time) and part of the expence wil go to party funds

PK Areas:-

We intend to make towns a safer place again, and intend to increase some SZ's of certain towns.

pking in caves is something we all need to deal with from time to time - those that suffer greatly can take there case to the King.

Caves:-
We intend to make all caves light for the duration of our stay in power.

Recall:-
We would try to make recall possible to the second from last floor of each and every cave in mir - so at most you will only need to fight your way through 1 floor of a cave to get to a kings room.


Bosses:-

Bosses will remain the same strength But will increase in the frequency of the spawn rates this will be determined when the understanding of the costs come to light.

Possibilties of being escorted by the King and guard to bosses, cost varies depending on drop, size and strength of guild/ group


Events:-

Events wont be over the top - they will be described in more details once we know the extent of the powers the king will have.

Currently thinkin about A colluseum (sp?) and gauntlet events to be run weekly. post more details as i think of them

Tax rate:
No more than 5k a day throughout the first few weeks, Will decide on appropriate tax if im elected.


Polices:

Making the Safe Zones all over MIR highlighted, so you cannot mistake it and get pked accidentally.

More town guards, so that if taos wanna level their pets, they wont have to go far to do so.

A safe zone will be added to the teleport in bit of GT, So that you dont get pked by people fighting / intruders when you have just taimed / bought pets.

Craft lady will be added to GT (if that is ok?)

Hunting areas will be added for all dependant on the class and level of the character.


Punishments if you break the code of conduct:

You may be sent to the Jail for a set time voted by the Public.

You may be charged a % of your earnings from the past week (like a fine)

You may Cursed for a set time again voted by public.

You may have to (if high enough level) give community service by leveling noobs.



Rewards that can be given if you achieve/help out:

Pets can be given to those faithfull to the rules

Player of the week, You can earn this achievment by not pking helping out new players find their barings and helping out people in trouble with bosses (you will be voted by the public)

The player of the week can choose his reward (undecided on the reward yet)

Some gold from funds will be given out as rewards also.


Fund Raising Ideas:

Group Hunts for everyone who wants to participate, No matter what guild, what level OR who is involved in the hunt.

If possible, Bosses spawned on certain days for all levels (Everyone needs to group)
no soloing unless all other groups are full.

PKing:
I don't "frown" upon pking as such, but don't over exceed it, other people need to level just as much as you do.

So for 2 hours at a pre-determined time anybody who PKs without reasonable warning or multiple times will get an extra 250 PK points and be teleported to mongchon province (pk points will vary)

more reasonable punishments will be determined later on.



PK Areas:

A complete safe town, where Safe Zone is everywhere
where you can buy all your goods without worries of being jumped by the high leves who want your awsomeness kit!!

A complete town dedicated to PKing for all those high levels who want some thrills,
The teleport in spot shall be safe zone the rest of the map... PK FREE.
Their will be 2 maps 1 is a complete fight zone meaning u wont drop, the other you can drop and earn pk points
SO BE CARFULL becuase the only way out.. is to either die.. or teleport if your a wizzy
or log

also if possible a PVP area, 2 men enter 1 man leaves you can either bet and whoever wins get the pot
or you can just fight for fun.

Certain cave maps will be NO DROP areas on specific days (voted by the public)
so you wont be afraid to use every last breath


Bosses:

On certain days Boss spawn times will be doubled
Or double spawns meaning 2 of the same boss is in the room.

Guild hunts to certain bosses may need to vote
I will work out something out for this voting scheme.

their will be regular hunts to some bosses for every1 orginised by either me or second in command

Events:

Their will be plenty of events every other day if possible
such as boss spawnings, treasure hunts, finding the player, kill the player (designated player) and much more!
The drops may not be the best all the time but it will all be in good fun.

Fighting events will be hosted every Saturday at a predetermined time, Voted by the public
The winner can decide what prize they want from a selection.

Tax rate:- 20,000 gold per person per day until i can find a better amount
There will also be days, E.g Sunday which will be no Tax , As Sunday is a Free Day. =]

Polices:-
I will add more Fun zones , where people can fight freely and not lose items
Vice versa where you cant gain Pk points but can drop items. So go at your own risk.
Also there will be alot more bosses ingame, spawned at better rates ect
Also there will be safe times when everyone wants them, a set time each day or week.
I will also make pking less bad for drops, so that when some1 gets pked they cant drop, only if they are brown.
I will make bosses drop better if you use a specific scroll, it spawns a duplicate of the boss which is harder and drops alot better.
I will make sure that everyone has a fair right ingame.
I will make hunting zones that are No drop zones.
I will try and help out every player that i can, i have done via guides on the forum already, ill make as many out of game and ingame.

Punishments:

If you repetitively pk a player, and the player shows. Or you break rules You will be Either.
Jailed by a set amount of time.
Lose a Item.
Have 300 PK Points added to you
Have a chatban for 10 Minutes
Be Restricted to only some hunting grounds.
Be Taken to a Zone with EXTREMELY hard mobs that 1 hit kill you so that you will lose stone/other itemsBe given public humiliation
Tax Rate x25 for a Week for the person.

All voted by the public. And on the circumstances

Rewards:

If you help out you will get a Decent pay, E.g 100k for Helping by finding out infomation about others Ect.
Or a item.

Fundraising:

There will be a sponsored Race around mir, you will have to pay 50k to enter but will have to Run to the finish Line, No RT's allowed, A special map will be needed for this.

1v1 Fights in a Ladder type competition. 50k 2 enter also

Football! You get a team of 5 together and pay 250k between you. Call your team a name and enter the tournament, will use the Football maps.

Prizes will vary

On a extra note i will try to kit up my Party members and loyal guards as best i can

I would like everyone to send me a private message about new ideas for mir! I will add them here And put your name to give you gratitude for the idea.

Also I would like 2 put in a Charity box, so that you can put money into it and it will go to me , and i will give to the lower levels of mir.

I would make mobs in BDD ect, drop more pots. So that you can hunt for longer

I would like to make a special NPC so that You can whisper problems to one of my advisors or myself so that we can help you out with any problems (A mail box that we can check).

A sort of guild function for the King , so that he can speak 2 his loyal members.

SZ's around BW will be highlighted not so much as they will look odd.

GT Tele zone will be SZ as im fed up with laggin when tel'ing in and keep getting hit by a bliz or summat while some1s pvping losing pets is bad!
