yeah i agree the amount of crap wat drops is unreal the time u'v cleared all the ghouls and then start 2 clear the crap it spawns again so then u have a whole room full of crap and all u really want from the ghouls r the snake blood or decent books.

it lets u get into laptas lair at the end of yim 4 but i think the place has been moved so not sure of the use now
