Adding a total new area where all new players will start. People will be able to leave this area, BUT not get back in to it.

Wont be any thing major, just 1 map, in the middle will be the town, and the NPC's, then you can work your way round the edge of the town killing many random mobs untill you get to level 40 or leave early.

This is again to try and stop griefing in and out of caves, as you can not attack under level 40 players.
