I think i no what i did to cause the problem and i restarted my pc to fix it.

I think i caused it by closing a wrong process in.

When you come online do you ctrl-alt-delete and close all the processes that are pointlessly open and make you lag. I do this and think i got the wrong one. Try opening mir as the first thing you open... worked for me mate. OOOO just remembered i also ran the auto patcher b4 rebooting.....
