Cant say its not been touched, because it has. Was alright in PT with MR+5 yesterday, guards hardly hit. Today they hit me everytime...?
Yesterday spiderbats were paraing every other hit (Which was stupid then), now they are paraing every hit? Hmmm.

ok i can tell you that mr is working (i have tested it with lapta) & that you shouldnt base working it out as 100% is max as it isnt tbh with the mr orbs/mr + items & future mr + items it would be far to easy for everyone to have max mr
