umm i cant remmeber the exact numbers but it was something like.

23-28 ac 21-26amc 22-27mc - something like that. - its a pwnage helmet - and also increases in stats every 20 levels (those were level 60 stats)

not sure tbh ^.^ those stats were from at least a month ago - so im un sure if they have changed at all.

if they havent then yup its probably one of the best especally with the added stat dave has put on it.
