lol lone, thats stupid i said 2 lapta about changing midrate + Low rate zt' so that only 2 rtz would spawn and he only changed LR

Low-rate is being adjusted by others as Lapta felt he didn't have the time to do it himself. As for Med-Rate as far as I'm aware he is still the man you need to speak about changes there. So that would be why one server has changed and the other has not.

^.^ Ares has it right - I think IR/Lap got bored of the 50 pms i was sending saying "We're planning to do this is there anything wrong with it?"

at which point IR said - If you and Penny agree is a good idea then add it in theres no need to double check everything.

Soooo thats why things are changing on low rate ^.^ penny is online all day working out changes, i get home from work look over the list, agree/disagree and then the changes get sorted - friday comes round reboot happens loads of new stuff appears.

Have a read and see what you think - we just an exp overhaul for the bosses and harder mobs to increase the likelyhood of people wanting to hunt in other areas

pennys doing a great job of balancing things out server is fun fun fun and will only get more fun as more changes and updates come out for it
