Whats with the lag, spikes and lagouts?

tried 3 different chars this morning and all 3 have lagged, spiked hugely, 2 stepped, lagged some more then a bit later randomly lagged out!!

dont think its my end cos this is the broadband test i ran after the latest lagout:

so my 150 ping causes me to lag and lagout alot then? if so how can i improve this? laymans terms pls lol ><

lol i wish i had 150ms pings ... im getting 180ish ... lag like hell but play a game with m8's make up for the lag ...

Do speedtest from maidenhead, and can't it's just a crap isp, not to sure on ping anyway :x
