tbh i think its a bit stupid that SR can break ure items i think this shud be changed to neva break ure items u work hard for ure items then go spec repair and u loose it that dont seem right tbh

I have heard of one item breaking once in all the time of euro mir.

its hard coded, so cant be changed, can take spec repair out if u want:P

No item using them NPCs have been known to break.
The item was a necklace if i remember rightly in EP.
