my butterfly ring dissapear still i have no reply on help and suport

hy there i`m Panik lvl 59 Taoist .... some strange thing happend 2 me i buy the other day 1 butterfly ring speed +2 slow +3 or slow +2 dont remmber pa +2 sc 8-16 from my guild m8 shadi ... and i put it in my sotrage. Last night when i buy another butterfly ring i took it out of the storange 2 see whats difrences betwen ther stats and when i click on the ring that i take out from storage it dissapear for no reason then i log out like 2 times and 2 times from game and its not on my storage and not on my bag dont know what happend u can check log`s and see that i buy the ring and what it happend to me ... pls reply me as i really wanna know what 2 do will u give me the ring back?or what sheal i do about this still no 1 reply 2 me ... i really need some help here...(btw i`m lvl 60 now)

was told that the account was given back to the real owner, so not point looking in to this, but i will look in to it when i am home

well real owner quit the game ... and lef me the character ... so i`m real owner now i mean i lvl`d him buy spells put items ... pls sort it up .. i`m realy broke atm cant aford to buy another butterfly ring and it whose verry nice added

sounds to me like one of ur rings was duped and when placed in bag together the duped one disapered maybe.

If the Real owner quit the game and left u the char this doesnt make u the real owner (Real owner makes the account) So if at any point the real owner wishes to take the account bck ur stuffed tbh unless you no the questions and answers original email address put on the account.
