Changer npc

Could someone please explain to me how it actually works?
I know there was a thread a while back but Ive failed to find it.
Basically Ive just bought a heaven armour and Ive found I cant orb it. People told me to use the changer npc but it says it will reset the stats.
Once youve reset the stats what happens? Does it pair the armour to your character or something so that your free to orb it or what?

change the stats it means if it has any added stats.. ac amc etc... it removes them to the original stats it dont do anything to your character

Once I reset the stats wil the armour become orbable whenever I like is what Im trying to ask lol.
I cant understand why it wont let me orb it now as it has obviously already been orbed by someone. Or does the armour only allow for so many added stats.

i dont know if it is orbable.. but if u cant orb it now.. im assuming u cant >.<

u can orb heaven armours, maybe you should speak to lapta or a gm im sure he will sort it for u the changer npc changes your armour into a class armour, which will take all the added stats off of your armour, i think the benefit of having a class armour is from level 80,90,100 etc you get 2-2 stats added on top of it when u level up. Not entirely sure on this maybe someone can confirm
