Levling Province

This might be complicated, but im sure some of u smart guys can figure it out

The concept with LevelProvince is basically for new beginners.
Levelprovince can be a place where u can lvl Pk free and its RS loads times,
this way u can Lvl without beein pkd.
this will mainly be for 1-45+(can be higher aswell up to jamie)
it will help loads of new players that think its hard to lvl.
its just like Noob province but with a upgrade.
so u can lvl and take it cool
and also there can be npc's to help u thru ur lvling, that tells u information
( i think theres a Npc on Wow that helps u, if some1 cud confirm it plz
like where to lvl, wht items are good for ur lvl , what pets u can get

This will in my point of view

-Reduce new players Asking to be lvld
-Get many new players ingame.
-make game a bit more fun
-Make game more understanding


and also i cud easily help out with stuff like wht lvl u can kill bosses at etc.
But if u need hlp with scripting , then u gotta learn me =p hehe(im a noob)

waste of dev teams time and effort. As above, can level up to that level easy, no ones in the noon caves, can go in ur lvl bdd and can always just use an rt.

You cant be killed under level 40 anyway.
There are npcs that help you play the game look in border village. Dont think that they are that helpful tho.

Lapta already had one of these in game it was for the under 40 people. and the place was called N00B-Province lol
I actually liked it on my tao was a good place to play.

simple solution is start everyone off from lvl 40 - cant get griefers or exploiters then

Good idea though - but i'm thinking that your just annoyed of noobs asking you to level them :P

And yeah as dave said, there is noob-province ingame, maybe that could be jazzed up when jamie has time, few more mobs added or something, maybe a little levelers cave like a "Safe cave" and more mobs in the forest around Noob-province

the simply solution would be to rename the NoobProvince Safe Province and then open it up to any level and then add mirriors of the caves we already have that way people can hunt safely without subconciously classing themselves as a noob.


But as dave said the noob area is actually great when your a noob - no one uses it so you have 8 wts every 30 minutes all to yourself
