Items Vanished?

I have just logged on and my bag is nearly empty but i am only interested in three items which have vanished since i logged off last nite.

Questring
EvilApeHeart

Could it be that the patch has found files to download but wont download them? Even though i think it wont be that as the item image number in the database wouldnt off changed to make the item show up differently


Edit: Some reason its all sorted now but was very weird
