Mir revenge armour npc?

From what i seen there is 2x npc exchangers 1 in lightning cave that changes sex of armour and other in molton rock area that gives alternatives to make mir revenge items.

But i cannot find an option/npc for mir revenge armour or mir revenge sword?

Is it still scripted ingame? in regards to this some ppl say it is not but when i asked jamie earlier he said it is *confused*
