servers changed location>?

Where are the servers located now? I seem laggier than i was months back when i used to play... How do i check my ping? Thanks

As noted in other threads on the forum, the servers moved from America (I think) to the UK a couple of weeks ago.

Look in the Servers.ini file for IP address of any servers you want to ping (located in by default C:\Program Files\Mir Revenge)

To do a Ping, assuming you are using Windows, click on Start, then Run, type CMD and click ok. This will open up the Command Prompt (modern MsDos).

Type: Ping <Servers IP Address>

and hit Enter, it will show you the response times on how long it takes to send a packet to the server and back again.

If you want to do a trace route to see which route your connection is taking to the servers, in command prompt type:

tracert <Servers IP Address>

That should answer your question?
