help with avatars

when i go 2 edit signature, at the bottom where it says signature permissions. it says ' can upload images for signature- NO' and 'can upload animated gif for signature-no'. is this y i cant hav an image with my signature wen i post. plz help.

it only works for admins

well permission means you can or cant do something so i would hazard a guess and say yes the big NO that it says means you cannot use images in your siggy.

Images are restricted in signatures to keep the Forum Database size down and to reduce lag for the server, (some gif/signature graphics create large amounts for lag for the server for some reason - i could explain but its long winded and i know how you all love me long posts.)
