PA+SLow cap/limit?

i see the same warrior complaining about other classes power over and over. thought id have a go at complaining at warriors spells

PR doesn't work, PA and Slow are stupidly overpowerd and most people agree.

why not put on a pa+5 slow+5 cap, as anymore is too strong.

while your at it tdb delay should be longer.
FS shud do less damage
rage shud add dc1-1
profeild shud add ac0-1
and shoulderdash should only move you 2 spaces

i got pa+9 red it aint all that it hurt alot more b4 wipe. n i have slow+5 n i never get it on.
