Revival egg

OK, I have a stigmata stone and I belive you need 7x holy water and 21x blood stones to make a revival egg??

Where do you make/find blood stones and holy water? Im sure ive seen holy water before but can't remember where >.

HolyWater used to drop from OmaBandits in OmaCave but I dunno what happened.
