cannot see skills

like Firesword i cannot see the fire.. tdb.. all skills. how to fix it?

yes i run auto patcher

Press F12, and enable effects.

im having the same problem, on med rate server. i ran the autopatcher and when i came online i cudnt see any skills at all. i check effects n everything, but still can't see any skills

edit - ran the autopatcher 3 times and now i can see my spells. ^_^
