What's a personal reference? Family friends ect?

ummm in what context exactly?

if its for a job its normally your previous employer.

if its for a passport its someone of repritable nature (local teacher/councillor something like that)

If its for a game then its most likely the person that told you about the game (some times referers get benefits for refering people so if you have a friend playing its always nice to put their name in)

yeah i think a teacher would be good - maybe because you'bve been in college a year they are looking for one of those teachers i found the best person to ask in these cases is probably a teacher or give the college reception a ring and just double check ^.^ we wouldnt want anything to go wrong due to us ^.^
