creating account in database

could any1 tell me how i creat an account without having to run mir2.exe and creat..... is ther anyway how i could do it using datebase and **** like that plss some1

Its somewhere in loginsrv folder cant remember exactly where just have a smooch about

i cant do that when i double click loginserver it open then it goes to the butom trail same happen with loinggate the other r working fine i think

go in the loginsrv exe,go to ID TOOL,then go to "new"
