I'm sure Lapta has enough on his plate running this server etc and it is not him dossing your server. Mir Revenge has had the same Dos attacks before, there are more people than just Lapta who could be dossing your server.

If you think it is Lapta, what proof do you have?

And - your server should be protected from Dos attacks anyway. Any body with an internet connection could be dosing your server...
