mir exe trouble

As said above, you need to either uninstall AVG or do the 'allow path' thingy described in the thread, I was in the exact same position (was a diff priv server though), spent 2 hours downloading it, thought it had messed up so spent another 2 hours downloading... And found the thread. ><
