Way to get people voting

On other servers they have integrated a system that rewards you for voting and make people vote every 12 hours. Here it could be very simple to just add vote points for voting say you get 5 vot points everytime you vote and then add a vote point npc (similiar to game gold) and have pets and kr teleports in there or double exp for 2 hours.

For pets do like 15 points needed for kr teles 5 points and for double exp 50 points that way you can save your points an i garuntee you will end up with everyone active voting every 12 hours.

by setting up a system like this you will get yourself kicked off the voting list all together.

I would adviser convincing people to vote to help improve the server by increasing numbers.


if you want to find ways to help voting increase i would suggest reading the website rules before hand.

I have played a mu server that is on the top list thing that rewards people for voting on that list and also rewards people and has been doing it for like 3 years?

I vote all the time for mir btw

if they get spotted doing it they will end up getting removed unless they have an agreement with the staff at the list.

tbh i wouldnt start rewarding people for voting if they cant see the value in increasing the user base then they arent the kind of people you want on your server imo anyway :P

It depends how you look at it. You seem to think being rewarded for voting means the person is only doing it to be rewarded which may be the case. But it has the desired effect of making the server number one on the list, which will make new people join and people can get some ingame rewards instead of forking out real life cash.

To me its a win win situation but as always its just an idea

its win win until they decide to remove the whole of mir revenge form the lists for clearly breaking the rules defined

Good idea its just the site were on doesnt allow it.

if you could find another list that doesnt say that in the rules you can offer a reward for click that specific link - and then get the other links being clicked as a force of habit once they start getting used to it.

then if the current list decided to kick us off we'd have a valid excuse
