not sure about med but on low rate i have been killing him loads and the best i have had is 3 benedict oils but herd he can drop nice but its uber rare

You just need to be patient as you do with any boss - EC drops crap I know someone who hunted it all the time basically ended up getting a Para. OKS Drops pretty crap to begin with.. then someone got a Heaven item.
