Token ?

Ok it is all very clear via post on here and the event NPC in BW BUT

I see nothing about a "Token"
It weighs 1 and it has the skin of a GoldChesnut.
I have a "HalloweenToken" which is the skin of a Seashell.
As I said above I have seen all about !HalloweenTokens" but not a word anywhere as to the "Token"
What is that and how many for what?

There normal tokens in the game before event you can buy stuff from the token npc in bw sz they arnt part of the event!
