does it actualy drop from mobs? because i think thers 2 ingame and they were both won from an event? and ive heard off people ingame that GM's are the only things that drop it lol

Not sure, Noodlez got one in the last 2 weeks or so and I'm certain he didn't get it from an event win, so probably a high end boss/Lord drop.

I've got it, Noodlez does and I'm pretty sure SuperMan had it too (banned though).
