Has anyone bought a phone from O2 recently?


I went to order my new Samsung G800 today hoping to have it maybe the day after tomorrow.

After going to the Checkout and typing in my contact details it says someone from O2 will get back to me to proceed my order...


I have to wait for O2 to ring me so I can buy a phone? lol

(What if I didnt have a phone which was why I was buying one in the first place??)

i ALWAYS go into my local shop have done for past 5 years for my upgrade and if they dont have it in they call me when they do m8.

when you buy online from o2 you get put in a queue. they check your credit history and give you a ring to confirm that it was indeed you that made the order. unfortunately they do this to everyone, even if you've had contracts with them for years.

best thing to do is to go into a shop mate.

edit:- forgot to add my brother waited two days, by which time he had already gone to the shop and upgraded

dude its a balls ordering online from O2, been waiting a week for my new Nokia N7 and they said it shud be he 3 days ago >.<

lol fk that for a game of soldiers, what a crap service.just for the record dont get samsung they crap.bought 2 different ones 3 months ago on o2 both signals kept dropping. dumped them got a nokia all peachy now.

2 ive had delivered next day, 3rd i had delivered within 2 days.....
